The Cúllar Vega Council maintains a strong commitment to the professional future of the town's youth and its surrounding area. Thanks to agreements with the University of Granada (UGR) and other educational centers in the province, a total of 17 students have completed or are currently undertaking their training internships in various municipal departments this year.
These students are pursuing degrees such as Law or the Double Degree in Law and Political Science, as well as Vocational Training Cycles (Intermediate and Higher Level). Specializations range from Administration and Finance and Microcomputer Systems and Networks to Sociocultural Animation, Gender Equality, or Forest Management.
For these young individuals, the internship period at the City Council represents their first experience in the job market, an essential requirement for completing their academic records.

The Councilor for Employment, Elvira Ramírez, highlighted the importance of this institutional collaboration, emphasizing the joint work with institutes and faculties of the University of Granada, facilitating student integration through external internship programs and the Ícaro platform.
The interns are fully integrated into the daily municipal management, providing support and carrying out functions in key areas such as the City Council itself, the Registry department, the Guadalinfo center, or the Casa de la Cultura.
