The political party highlighted this Monday the commitment of the Junta de Andalucía to the circular economy and sustainability. A party spokesperson appeared in front of the new Atarfe Clean Point, an infrastructure that, as indicated, "will facilitate the correct separation of household waste and offer a more accessible service to residents, with an investment exceeding 618,000 euros".
“"This facility is the best example of the impulse to the circular economy, which in recent years has allowed the modernization of sustainability infrastructures in municipalities such as Pulianas, Huétor Tájar, and Iznalloz."
The spokesperson emphasized that the Andalusian Government has invested 17 million euros in clean points across Andalusia since 2019, of which 1.7 million correspond to infrastructures in the province of Granada.
The town of Atarfe thus joins a network of clean points that helps reduce uncontrolled dumping, improve waste management, and promote responsible habits. This line of action allows progress towards a more efficient management model to respond to the challenges of climate change.
“"The Government of Juanma Moreno has consolidated a circular economy model rooted in the territory and aimed at improving the quality of life for Granada residents."
For the party, the expansion of this provincial network, reflected in the Atarfe Clean Point, "strengthens the capacity of municipalities and contributes to more sustainable waste management".
