The town of Albolote will celebrate a new edition of the ‘Oktoberfest – Albolote Beer Festival’ on October 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. This event, now in its sixth year, has become a well-known fixture for local residents and will be set up in the dissuasive park next to the Metro stop in Juncaril.
The festival will feature over a dozen stands offering a wide variety of beers, gastronomy, and live music. According to organizer José Miguel Macías, the edition maintains a continuous line due to its positive reception. A highlight will be the selection of over 30 craft beer brands, mostly from Germany, but also from other European countries and Spain.
The gastronomic offering will include German specialties like sausages and pork knuckles, alongside Mexican and other world cuisine options, as well as a selection of European desserts. The Councilor for Festivals, Ingrid Pérez, emphasized the initiative's consolidation and public response, calling it a “safe bet” in the municipal programming.
Music will be a key feature with performances by Liky’s Cover Band, Bandido, and Queen of Magic (a Queen tribute), with the group ‘Elegante y Embustero’ closing the program. Each day will also include a dance music session by DJ Worzel, completing a festive proposal.
