The Guadalcázar Fair will officially begin on Thursday, August 13, with a Water Festival at the Municipal Pool at 12:00 PM. In the evening, the Caseta Municipal will host the performance by the quartet Xharma at 11:00 PM, followed by the presentation of the festival's Queen and Mister at 12:30 AM. The day will conclude with the awarding of sports prizes and a performance by the group Olivetti.
On Friday, August 14, the program continues at the Caseta Municipal with the performance by Reto Rumbas at 2:30 PM and a large gymkhana at 5:00 PM. In the afternoon, younger attendees will enjoy an aquatic bouncy castle and a children's snack. The evening will be enlivened by the Trío Channel and the group Play Star.
Saturday, August 15, the main day celebrating the feast of the Virgen de la Caridad, will start with a solemn mass at 12:00 PM in the Church of Nuestra Señora de Gracia, officiated by D. José Miguel Bracero Carretero. Following a rice tasting at 3:00 PM and performances by El Combo and the orchestra “Kalifornia”, the day will culminate with the solemn procession of the Virgen de la Caridad and Cristo de la Salud at 9:00 PM, accompanied by the Musical Band La Estrella de Córdoba.
The final day, Sunday, August 16, will feature a performance by “Aires del Compás” at 2:30 PM and the traditional salmorejo contest. The afternoon and evening will be filled with music from the orchestra “Kacike” and a fireworks display and grand finale at 12:00 AM.
The Guadalcázar City Council has arranged a Fair train service to facilitate travel between Plaza de España and the fairgrounds during the four days. Responsible use is encouraged, with priority seating for individuals with reduced mobility or the elderly.
