The application period for this aid will open on September 24 and close on October 22. The initiative is aimed at young people registered in Torremolinos for at least one year, under 30 years of age, who are enrolled in at least 50% of an academic year in face-to-face university studies (bachelor's or official master's degree) or face-to-face vocational training (intermediate or higher grade) at public, state-subsidized, or private centers in Andalusia located outside the municipality.
The call specifies that these studies must not be offered in Torremolinos or that a place has not been obtained within the municipality. Furthermore, the family income level in 2025 must be below the established limits. The amount of the aid will be 300 euros per beneficiary, intended to cover travel expenses.
The initial budget for the call is 63,000 euros, with the possibility of expansion. This aid is incompatible with other subsidies granted for the same purpose. Applications can be submitted online through the Electronic Office or in person at the Education delegation of the Torremolinos City Council, located at the Isabel Manoja Community Development Center, or at other municipal registries.
To complete the application, applicants must attach documentation such as a photocopy of the family record book, DNI/NIE, 2025 tax return, enrollment for the 2026/2027 academic year, bank account certificate, and certificates of being up-to-date with tax and Social Security obligations.
