The Almodóvar del Río City Council has announced the call for submissions of articles, poems, and other collaborations to be included in the 2026 Fair Newspaper. Interested parties must adhere to a set of requirements outlined in the official guidelines.
Among the directives, texts must be submitted typed, in Times New Roman font, size 12, on a single side of A4 paper. Each article must include the author's full name, regardless of whether a pseudonym is used or if writing on behalf of a collective or association. A photocopy of the D.N.I. (National Identity Document) is also required.
A limit of one article per author is enforced. Due to the newspaper's limited space, the publication of all submitted works is not guaranteed; submissions will be prioritized based on their reception date. It is also recommended that articles be accompanied by a photograph.
The deadline for submitting contributions is Friday, August 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Submissions can be made at the General Registry of the City Council between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, or sent via email to prensa@almodovardelrio.es, with senders receiving a confirmation email.
The council has stated that it is not responsible for the opinions and content expressed in the publication.
