The situation, while not currently considered complex, has necessitated the deployment of a specialized team to halt the spread of the flames. The affected area is characterized by dehesa, a typical ecosystem of the region.
To combat the fire, a semi-heavy helicopter, a fire engine, and a total of 19 ground firefighters have been mobilized. These crews are diligently working on extinguishing efforts in a part of the Sierra de Córdoba that is very near the reservoir's waters.
