The accident occurred around 9:40 PM this Saturday on Santo Cristo street. A unit from the Provincial Firefighters Consortium (CPB) of Coín was dispatched to the scene to provide assistance.
Firefighters carried out first aid procedures for the affected individuals, supporting the health services. They also performed preventive and assistance tasks to stabilize the overturned carriage.
The final toll of the incident is 18 injured: nine adults and nine minors aged between 5 and 17 years old. All were attended by medical personnel and subsequently transported to different hospital centers, either by ambulance or by their own means.
