The festivities in Cártama, dedicated to its patron saint, Nuestra Señora de los Remedios, will run from April 22 to 26. The event will also include the traditional Livestock Fair, offering a full agenda of cultural, musical, and sports activities for all audiences.
Among the most prominent events are the Descent and the Procession of the patron saint. The musical program will feature performances by groups such as Efecto Pasillo, Javi Medina, and Asere, who will liven up the nights at the Recinto Ferial Nave Verde. During the day, Rey Juan Carlos I Street and the Auditorio del Parque Santo Cristo will host various performances by local artists and musical groups.
One of the novelties is the Feria Sin Ruido (Noise-Free Fair), which will take place daily from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the attractions area, designed for children with functional diversity to fully enjoy the festivities. Additionally, a playroom service for the little ones and bus transport to the fair will be offered.
The Livestock Fair, which will be held from April 24 to 26 next to the fairgrounds, will include the buying and selling of animals, master classes in horse braiding and mule shearing, as well as a morphological contest to award the best specimens. On April 26, horsemen will make a floral offering to the patron saint.
“"The City Council has donated a painting with the image of the municipality's patron saint, which has been blessed by the parish priest, in a gesture of unity with the festivities."
