This initiative aims to expand early childhood care services in the municipality and, at the same time, create new opportunities for business projects. The decision responds to the increasing demand for socio-educational services for children aged 0 to 3, a booming sector that is consolidating as key to revitalizing the local socio-economic fabric.
The City Council thus intends to create new stable jobs in Priego de Córdoba. The lease tender is open to companies with experience in the socio-health and early childhood education sector, as well as to entrepreneurs and professionals wishing to start their own business project.
The property, with a land area of 423.19 m² and 265.67 m² of built space, offers optimal conditions for adapting modern and accessible educational facilities. The goal is for the space to become a quality educational center for the youngest children.
The City Council emphasizes its commitment to the municipality's infrastructure and socio-cultural offerings. It is guaranteed that, should no bids be received for the nursery school, the Antigua Escuela de Santa Teresa building will maintain its public and cultural vocation, hosting municipal workshops.
