The mayor of Cabra, Fernando Priego, presided over the swearing-in ceremony of the new professional, whose incorporation completes the municipal technical resources dedicated to advancing the actions planned within this initiative. Municipal delegates for European Funds, Javier Fernández, and Human Resources, Enca Priego, also participated in the event.
This technical reinforcement will facilitate the planning, management, and execution of the projects included in the plan, enhancing coordination and monitoring of the initiatives to be driven forward with European funding.
The PAI ‘Cabra Crece Contigo’ has a total investment of 10,543,151 euros. 85% of this funding is co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) for the 2021-2027 programming period, while the remaining 15% is contributed by the Cabra City Council. These investments aim to drive the city's transformation and its sustainable urban development.
With this new addition, the council continues to prepare the necessary human and technical resources to realize the investments outlined in the plan and progress with their implementation.
