The sub-delegate of the Government in Jaén, Manuel Fernández, met with municipal representatives from both towns to discuss the status of the aid and the progress of the projects, which include approximately 40 actions already defined by the town councils to address the damage.
Fernández expressed satisfaction with the management carried out by both municipalities, highlighting the capability of their technical teams to advance project preparation despite their complexity and the high volume of planned actions. He also emphasized the Spanish Government's commitment to the recovery of affected areas.
The sub-delegate also valued the coordinated work between administrations, which has enabled progress in planning the interventions. The ultimate goal of the aid is to translate into real and tangible improvements for the citizens of Alcaudete and La Bobadilla.
