The course, aimed at 14 participants interested in a professional career in aquatic lifeguarding, follows a blended learning format. It combines online theoretical training with intensive practical sessions held over five days, from August 31st to September 4th, at the Guillena municipal swimming pool.
The training covers Aquatic Lifeguarding, First Aid, and certification in CPR and AED/DESA (defibrillator), providing dual certification. The goal is to prepare attendees for professional employment as aquatic lifeguards and grant them access to a job pool within the aquatic sector.
Thanks to the collaboration of the Guillena City Council, the course is offered at a special price of 190 euros, with the option of payment in two installments. The training is delivered by a qualified private entity, adhering to the Andalusian regulatory framework for swimming pools, established by Decree 485/2019.
