The Fair of El Castillo de las Guardas, one of the most emblematic events in the Sevillian municipality, will officially begin on Wednesday, August 5th, and will continue until Sunday, August 9th. The pre-fair events will start on Monday, August 3rd.
Over seven days, the town will host a wide range of live performances, tributes, DJ sets, and other activities that will turn the municipality into a point of interest in the province of Seville.
The program includes a night route on August 3rd, free opening of the municipal pool on August 4th, and an aquathlon on August 5th. The official inauguration of the festivities will be on Thursday, August 6th, followed by a tribute dinner for the elderly, a concert by Julia Garrido, and a DJ party.
The weekend will feature performances by Demarco Flamenco on Friday, August 7th, and on Saturday, August 8th, there will be a musical dawn patrol, a performance by Acento a los 80, a free bullfighting practice session, a concert by Óscar el Ruso, and a youth party.
On Sunday, August 9th, the fair will conclude with a musical dawn patrol, a tribute concert to Queen, a 90s themed party, a traditional release of young bulls, and a DJ party extending into the early morning hours.
El Castillo de las Guardas, with prehistoric origins, comprises ten hamlets and maintains the Guadiamar river as a common link, the origin of its culture and traditions.
