The meeting coordinated actions among Security Forces, Emergency Services, and municipal departments to prevent incidents and ensure the smooth running of the celebrations at the Pisar Fairgrounds and throughout the city. The mayor emphasized inter-institutional collaboration and thanked the agents, urging citizens to enjoy the fair responsibly.
The municipal operation will include a Traffic and Security Plan by the Local Police, alongside a daily Emergency Coordination Center (CECOP). Linares Firefighters will maintain a safety and intervention detail at critical points and a specific plan for pyrotechnic shows. Civil Protection will deploy volunteers for events like the opening parade and concerts.

Erik Domínguez, Delegate of the Junta in Jaén, praised the City Council's coordination and highlighted the fair's positive economic impact on commerce and the service sector, calling it a "revitalizer" for the local economy and an example of tradition preservation.
The Andalusian Autonomous Community Police Unit (UPA) will enhance security for the three scheduled bullfighting events, with 25 officers ensuring regulatory compliance. The delegate noted Linares' role in the Network of Bullfighting Municipalities of Andalusia and named the bullfighters participating in the events at the Coso de Santa Margarita: David Gil, Adrián de Torres, Marcos Linares, Emilio de Justo, David de Miranda, Víctor Hernández, Curro Díaz, and Marco Pérez.
Furthermore, the UPA, in collaboration with the Local Police, will oversee the supervision of minors and beverage sales in establishments. In healthcare, the ‘San Agustín’ University Hospital will handle emergencies, and the ‘Virgen de Linarejos’ health center, near the fairgrounds, will have medical and nursing staff, coordinated with EMA 112, 061, and Civil Protection.
The interim Government sub-delegate in Jaén, Pedro Garrido, explained that the National Police will increase its presence, particularly during peak hours and at night. The Cavalry Unit, the Operational Response Group (GOR), and the Prevention and Reaction Unit (UPR) will be present, along with five additional officers for regular patrol cars.
The Civil Guard will intensify surveillance with traffic controls at access points and surrounding areas to prevent robberies. The meeting also included Police Commissioner Chief in Linares, Luis Antonio García, and representatives from the Civil Guard, Regional Police, Firefighters, and Civil Protection.
