This remarkable increase is primarily attributed to two strategic factors. One is the success of the MusicColes project, an initiative that brings music education to primary schools in the city, allowing younger students to explore instruments in a playful and engaging way. This program, constantly renewed through the efforts of the faculty and integrated with cultural events such as the Ibero-Roman Festivals of Cástulo, has reached over 8,000 schoolchildren in its seven editions, sparking vocations that are now reflected in admissions.
The second fundamental pillar is the conservatory's active participation in the cultural life of Linares. Through concerts in public spaces, collaborations with local entities, and close coordination with the Culture, Education, and Youth departments of the Linares City Council, the center has managed to extend its reach beyond the classrooms. Municipal support, including the provision of spaces and institutional backing, has been crucial for the success of these initiatives.

In the last decade, the conservatory has participated in various significant projects, such as Linares Canta con Raphael, the «Marisa Montiel» National Piano Competition, the Linares Jazz and Blues Festival, the Jaén Piano Award, Música en el Mercado, and the Solidarity Concerts, among others. Currently, the center is already planning for the next academic year to ensure that the high demand translates into high-quality training, consolidating generational renewal and Linares' role as a hub for emerging musical talent.
