The initiative, aiming for continuity in the municipality, saw a significant turnout. Participants had the direct opportunity to access a total of 108 job offers and 157 vacancies across various productive sectors in the region.
Throughout the morning, the institution's facilities hosted rapid interview sessions between attendees and the human resources managers from the nine companies committed to labor inclusion this year. Companies such as Macrosad, Grupo CRIT, MLC, Grupo EULEN, IMAN, Sunergy, Clece, Atende, and Cofares actively participated.
This format of direct and personalized contact streamlined intermediation channels, opening real insertion opportunities for profiles with diverse skills and abilities.
“"The event is fundamental, as it facilitates an encounter that, on many occasions, represents the first step towards job stability for users."
Josefa Sánchez, president of the Northern Regional Assembly of Cruz Roja, described the event as fundamental and thanked the participating companies, the proactive attitude of the attendees, and the work of the volunteers.
The Cruz Roja Linares Job Day is technically integrated into the initiative “Reto Social Empresarial +PLUS” (Business Social Challenge +PLUS), an action co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) within the State Program for Social Inclusion, Child Guarantee, and Fight Against Poverty. It is coordinated with the Ministry of Social Rights, Consumer Affairs and the 2030 Agenda and subsidized by the Provincial Council of Jaén.
