The Virgen de Zocueca, patron saint of Bailén, was the focus of an anticipated Great Procession that brought thousands of residents to the city streets. The route, from its departure from the temple to its return, was marked by emotion and devotion.
The procession was accompanied by the Bailén Music Band, local authorities, and the participation of military forces, creating a significant spectacle for attendees.
The Plaza de la Constitución, popularly known as Plaza del Reloj, became one of the main stages of the evening. A military parade took place there before the image of the Virgin, followed by a fireworks display.
The day concluded with the patron saint's return to the temple, met with a large petal shower and the playing of the Spanish national anthem, sealing a celebration that reaffirmed Bailén's deep devotion to its patron saint.
