This annual event showcases the best products from the Sierra de Cádiz and introduces advancements for the primary sector. The Exposierra and Quesierra fairs, renowned events in the agro-livestock and cheese sectors, will offer a unique experience blending tradition, flavor, and innovation. Producers, professionals, and visitors will gather to highlight the value of the region's artisanal cheeses.
During the presentation at the Provincial Palace, Javier Vidal, second vice-president of the provincial institution, Susana Toro, mayor of Villamartín, and Carlos Landín, manager of Expoalia, detailed the three distinct areas of Exposierra, covering the economic and business sectors of Villamartín and its region.
The gastronomic and leisure area of Exposierra will feature fair booths serving local tapas and dishes, along with showcookings, presentations, and tastings of Sierra products, all enlivened with live music. There will also be a large children's area with attractions and games.
Concurrently, Quesierra, the Sierra de Cádiz Cheese Producers Fair, will allow visitors to discover the main cheese dairies of the area and will host the ninth edition of the competition that awards the highest quality cheeses from the region and Andalusia.

Landín, representing Expoalia, the fair organizer, highlighted that over 100 companies from various sectors will be present, with novelties such as a drone exhibition for agriculture. Successful activities from the previous year will be repeated, including captive hot air balloon rides and the motorhome rally, which this year will gather around 500 vehicles. A special parking and overnight stay area will be provided, along with a shuttle service to and from the fairground.
Adding to these fairs is The Burger Games, a burger competition that will bring together eight burger joints from across the province of Cádiz for three days. They will offer gourmet proposals full of creativity, quality, and flavor. This event, with free admission at the Cooperativa del Campo, is designed for all audiences, blending gastronomy with the festive atmosphere of Exposierra.
