The event, which has been declared of Tourist Interest in Andalusia, is expected to attract over 30,000 people, including visitors and exhibitors, with a projected turnover that could reach half a million euros. This was highlighted by Alfonso Carlos Moscoso, the mayor of the town, during the presentation.
A total of 30 cheese factories will be represented at this edition. As a new feature, the first National Cheese Technique and Presentation Contest has been organized. Additionally, an attempt will be made to break the Guinness World Record for the largest cheese tapa in Spain, for which more than one hundred types of cheese will be used.

The fair's program includes a wide range of parallel activities designed for the entire family. These include a nursery service for children aged 0 to 3, cheese-making workshops, tasting sessions with pairings, guided tours, and musical activities. All these activities will be free of charge.
The presentation in Jerez concluded with a visit to the winery's facilities, followed by a cheese tasting paired with the winery's own wines, offering a preview of what attendees can enjoy in Villaluenga del Rosario.
