The homeowners' association strongly opposes the initiative, which plans for nine tourist apartments accommodating 44 guests, along with a swimming pool and solarium. The residents argue that these new facilities would be located just meters from their homes, significantly disrupting the daily life of an area primarily inhabited by families.
