The Velá de Santiago y Santa Ana 2026, one of Sevilla's most popular festivals, will take place in Triana from July 21 to 26 with significant changes in schedules, mobility, and municipal services.
Stalls will be open daily from 8:00 PM to 3:00 AM, extending to 4:00 AM on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Notably, terrace operating hours are extended, and high tables without chairs are permitted in areas like Calle Betis, San Jorge, Callao, and Plaza del Altozano. These measures are effective from 8:00 PM on July 21 until the early morning of July 27.
A special mobility plan will be active until July 27, impacted by paving works on Calle Castilla. Traffic directions will change on San Jorge and Antillano Campos streets, the taxi rank at Arjona will remain, and two temporary stops will be set up at Pagés del Corro during nighttime hours.
To ensure safety, bicycles and scooters are prohibited in pedestrian areas. The rental electric bike parking zone at the start of Calle Betis will also be temporarily closed.
An extraordinary cleaning operation with 82 workers and 38 vehicles will cover the festival grounds and surrounding areas, including Los Remedios. Public transport lines connecting to Triana will offer special services for the thousands of visitors.
