Images of an off-road vehicle overturned in a ravine within the municipality of Níjar have been circulating on social media since Tuesday morning, August 18th. The vehicle was discovered near the path connecting Cortijo del Fraile to the Rodalquilar mines.
According to preliminary information, it is believed to be a car whose owner reported it stolen to the Guardia Civil approximately one month ago.
At present, the exact circumstances leading to the SUV's appearance in this area and its current condition remain unknown. The vehicle's position and state suggest the possibility of an accident on the dirt road, although it is not ruled out that it may have been intentionally pushed down the ravine by the alleged perpetrators of the theft.
