The Port of Seville has confirmed the docking of three cruise ships at the Muelle de Tablada between April 20 and 25, coinciding with the celebration of the April Fair. These vessels, including the Hanseatic Nature, the Clio, and the Evrima, will bring more than half a thousand visitors to the Andalusian capital.
The first to arrive will be the Hanseatic Nature, scheduled for Sunday, which has requested to extend its stay until Tuesday, April 21. This cruise ship has a capacity for 230 passengers and 175 crew members. Subsequently, on Monday, coinciding with the “pescaíto” celebration, the Clio, a 100-meter long vessel, will dock and remain in port until Wednesday of the Fair with 90 passengers in 45 cabins. Finally, the Evrima, a luxury cruise ship from the Ritz-Carlton company with a capacity for approximately 300 passengers, will dock on Saturday, April 25.
In addition to the cruise ships, the Port Authority of Seville has reported that six luxury yachts are scheduled to moor at the Muelle de las Delicias during the fair week. This significant influx of vessels highlights the importance of the April Fair as a key event in the city's festive calendar.
The cruise season in the Sevillian port, which began on February 26 with the arrival of the Azamara Journey and will conclude on December 29 with the call of the Vidanta World's Elegant, projects a promising future. For the year 2026, approximately 90 cruise calls are anticipated, including the presence of the Belle de Cadix with its home port in Seville. Notably, four cruise ships will make their first call in the city, and the Scenic company will strengthen its presence with the simultaneous calls of its flagship vessels, the Scenic Eclipse I and the Scenic Eclipse II, on May 9.
