The gala, held at the Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones (Fibes), recognized the work and contribution of various personalities and organizations to the city. The ceremony was hosted by well-known communicators Juan y Medio and Eva Ruiz.
Among those awarded the Medal of Seville are 30 individuals and entities who have stood out for their contributions to the social, cultural, or economic life of the Andalusian capital. The Favorite Son distinction highlights the significance of Luis Gordillo, a prominent figure in Spanish abstract art, and Morante de la Puebla, a renowned bullfighter.
