The competition, part of the National League, brought together 77 clubs from across Spain, solidifying its status as one of the most important events on the national calendar. Seville's clubs left a significant mark, with outstanding performances from Club Náutico Sevilla and Círculo Mercantil e Industrial, while Real Círculo de Labradores also participated.
Club Náutico Sevilla was the leading Andalusian club in Galicia, achieving second place in the general classification, only surpassed by the Escuela de Piragüismo de Aranjuez. Their success extended to the paracanoe category, where they were crowned champions, demonstrating their versatility and dominance across various disciplines. The club accumulated a total of 12 medals: one gold, six silvers, and five bronzes, confirming their consistency in the finals.
Meanwhile, Círculo Mercantil e Industrial delivered a very solid performance, securing a meritorious sixth position in the team standings with 558 points, placing them among the most competitive clubs nationally. Their individual performances were notable, with Ana Cantero winning a gold in C1 1000 senior, alongside several medals in youth categories, reflecting the growth of their junior talent. They were also runner-up in both the senior women's and junior women's leagues.
Real Círculo de Labradores also participated in the demanding competition, finishing in 51st position with 44 points. The overall assessment of the Spanish Cup highlights the excellent current state of Seville's canoeing, with two of its clubs among the country's best and a strong presence on podiums and in finals, consolidating Seville as a key hub for Spanish Olympic sprint canoeing.
