The city of Seville is grappling with a complex mobility situation due to the simultaneous execution of multiple infrastructure projects. These interventions, affecting some twenty roads, include channeling works by Emasesa, the construction of Metro Line 3, and the platform for the Santa Justa-Duque Tranvibús.

Emasesa's works, totaling thirteen ongoing projects, focus on the comprehensive renovation of water supply and sanitation networks. Affected areas include Guadalbullón in Bellavista-La Palmera, Heliópolis (Jamaica, Tenerife, and Lima streets), Pagés del Corro and Rubén Darío in Triana, Kansas City Avenue, and the central streets of Albareda, Trajano, and Muñoz Olivé in the Old Town. Also impacted are Hélice and Fuselaje in Este-Alcosa-Torreblanca, and Nuestra Señora de la Oliva and Plaza Los del Río in the South District. The longest Emasesa project, in Pagés del Corro, is scheduled for completion in December 2026, while the closure on Reina Mercedes will extend until 2027.

Furthermore, the construction of the Tranvibús platform, connecting Santa Justa with Plaza del Duque, has closed the central axis of Encarnación, Imagen, and Ponce de León. This project is expected to be operational by the end of 2026. Finally, Metro Line 3 north (Pino Montano-Prado section) affects Pino Montano, the service road of the Ronda Urbana Norte, and Macarena, with an estimated completion date of 2030.
