The development includes attached single-family homes with three bedrooms, one of which is adapted for people with reduced mobility. The approximate usable area will be 70 square meters. Additionally, each home will have outdoor parking space within the plot.
As a starting point, Sevilla Activa will soon launch an architectural ideas competition to select the most suitable proposal from an urban planning, functional, and residential perspective. The goal is to define a housing model adapted to current family needs, with efficient, sustainable spaces designed to enhance quality of life.
This initiative is part of the Provincial Council of Seville's commitment to promoting public housing policies that help retain population in municipalities and create new residential opportunities, especially for young people and families facing increasing difficulties in accessing housing.
The planned development in Morón de la Frontera is part of the work Sevilla Activa is carrying out in various municipalities across the province, promoting residential projects adapted to the social and economic reality. The entity has previously supported initiatives such as rental homes in a cohousing format in Martín de la Jara and facilitated the acquisition of VPO (social housing) for rent in Casariche.
With this new development, Sevilla Activa reaffirms its commitment to a public housing model focused on people and the real needs of municipalities, aiming to combine functionality, accessibility, and sustainability to contribute to the urban and social development of Morón de la Frontera.
