The player, born in La Línea in 2006, is part of the national team undergoing a double training camp in Valladolid and Lisbon. His participation in the tournament, which will take place in the Georgian cities of Tbilisi and Kutaisi, would mark his second appearance in an U20 World Cup.
Since last July, the athlete has been playing for the El Salvador de Valladolid club, having previously played for Bahía 89 in Algeciras, CR Marbella, and CAR de Sevilla. He plays as a prop, a key position in the forward line, and is described as an "explosive and very hardworking" player.

The Spanish national team, led by Ricardo Martinena, will play a friendly match against Portugal on April 26 at the Jamor stadium, near Lisbon. In this 2026 edition, the World Championship will feature 16 teams, with Spain drawn in Group D alongside France, Australia, and Fiji.
The tournament will run from June 27 to July 18. The young Spanish players, known as Los Leoncitos, will begin their campaign on Saturday, June 27 at 17:30 against Australia at the AIA Arena in Kutaisi. They will then face France on July 2 and conclude the group stage against Fiji on July 7.
