The Association of Fashion Designers and Flamenco Artisans of Andalusia, Qlamenco, has presented its 'Cápsula Pescaíto' collection in Seville, offering key style guidelines for the opening night of the April Fair, highlighting fuchsia, red, and gold colors.

The quest for the perfect outfit for the April Fair extends beyond the traditional flamenco dress. The 'pescaíto' night, which marks the beginning of the grand week, holds a distinct and highly relevant dress code, differing from conventional guest looks.
In this context, Qlamenco, the Association of Fashion Designers and Flamenco Artisans of Andalusia, launched 'Cápsula Pescaíto' at La Galería, located in Plaza de Cuba. This initiative, promoted by Bulevar Sur and the Doble Erre Fashion and Communication Agency, aims to enhance a deeply Sevillian aesthetic that is an integral part of the city's identity.

"Qlamenco's proposal for 'pescaíto' night is passion and bullfighting."

Carmen Latorre · President of Qlamenco
The trends presented by Qlamenco include two-tone dresses in fuchsia and red, a combination that, according to Pedro González, the association's manager, “aims to fill the 'pescaíto' night with luminosity.” These designs are complemented by Manila shawls in the same color range, golden accessories like rings and earrings, matching sandals, and handbags in gold or reddish and fuchsia tones.
For makeup and hairdressing, Qlamenco's proposal focuses on a warm and luminous palette, with coral highlighters, red lips, iridescent bronze blush, and fuchsia nails. The recommended perfume is ylang-ylang, known for its exoticism and joy.

"This initiative stems from a deeply Sevillian custom linked to one of the most emblematic nights of the April Fair."

Raquel Revuelta · CEO of Doble Erre Agency
Raquel Revuelta emphasizes that 'pescaíto' is an elegant social event where women, although not wearing flamenco dresses, draw inspiration from the flamenco universe. This style of dressing, already a deeply rooted tradition in Seville, now receives its own name and narrative, solidifying its place as a distinctive element of Sevillian and Andalusian identity and style.
The exclusive Qlamenco presentation featured 23 designers, including names like Agus Dorado, Alejandro Andana, and Carmen Latorre. Additionally, a public showroom displayed five looks from eight local brands, such as Panambi and AnaBlack, along with accessories from Doña Sol and footwear from Maripa.
