The release of this price list is considered a key element to ensure transparency and accessibility at one of the most emblematic events in Seville's festive calendar. In a context of high visitor numbers and significant economic impact, these official tariffs allow attendees to plan their expenses in advance and avoid disparities that could affect the general public's experience in the public booths affiliated with the city council.
From traditional drinks to typical dishes, the prices reflect both the cultural identity of the fair and current market conditions. The booths where these prices will be operative are distributed by municipal districts, including Triana-Los Remedios, Casco Antiguo, Nervión y San Pablo-Santa Justa, Sur y Bellavista-La Palmera, Este-Alcosa-Torreblanca, Macarena y Norte, and Cerro-Amate. The opening and closing hours for these booths will be continuous, from 12:00 PM until 03:00 AM the following day.
For 2026, the price of drinks in the public district booths will range from 1.40 euros for a glass of beer, soft drink, summer red wine, or juices, to 6.50 euros for the most expensive mixed drinks. A one-liter jug of rebujito will cost 7.50 euros, while a bottle of white or rosé wine will be 6 euros. Gluten-free beer will also be available. Additionally, individuals aged 65 and over will receive a 50% discount on any drink for personal consumption.
Regarding food, options range from 1.50 euros for a glass of gazpacho, 2.50 euros for a pork loin sandwich or a chicken or pork skewer, up to 8 euros for scrambled eggs or pork tenderloin with Roquefort, whisky, or garlic sauce. For individuals with gluten intolerance, alternatives such as seafood, potatoes, tenderloin, skewers, dressings, fried peppers, or omelets will be available. All price lists are accessible on the Seville City Council's website.
