Due to repaving works on Castilla street, the public transport line 43 of Sevilla, Tussam, will reroute this Saturday, July 4th. The traffic closure will be in effect approximately from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The alternative route for line 43 will pass through Clara de Jesús Montero, Chapina, Cristo de la Expiración, Arjona, and Reyes Católicos streets, before resuming its regular itinerary. During the works, the stops on Castilla and San Jorge streets will be temporarily suspended.
A provisional stop will be established at Chapina, shared with line C3. Residents with garage spaces in the affected section will be able to use a temporary parking facility on Paseo de la O, managed by the Mobility area and the Triana District.
These works are part of a new phase of comprehensive improvement for the historic street in Triana, continuing between Procurador and Callao streets. The project aims to preserve the street's traditional appearance and includes repaving and the replacement of kerbs.
According to the delegate for the Triana District, Manuel Alés, the intervention has been planned to minimize inconvenience to residents, with ongoing communication and the provision of alternative parking.
