The competition, organized by the Andalusian Hunting Federation, aims to promote and bring various hunting disciplines closer to the public.
The circuit will begin in Deifontes with the Compak Sporting modality. This will be followed by Iznalloz on September 26th (Show Dogs), Pórtugos on October 3rd (Field Target), and Montejícar on November 7th (Falconry).
The events continue on November 8th in Huétor Santillán with Archery Hunting Courses, and the final day will be held on November 22nd in Santa Fe, dedicated to Birdsong.
The six included disciplines are Compak Sporting, Show Dogs, Field Target, Mechanical Lure Falconry, Archery Hunting Courses, and Birdsong. Each event will have its own organization and prizes, requiring federation registration.
Compak Sporting is an accessible clay shooting modality. Field Target simulates hunting situations with air rifles and targets resembling game species. Archery Hunting Courses involve navigating natural environments to hit 3D figures.
The Show Dogs event aims to highlight the natural and trained qualities of these animals, while Mechanical Lure Falconry combines the falconer's technique and the bird's physical capabilities without hunting actual game.
Birdsong, closing the circuit, focuses on the care and training of specific finch species based on their singing.
Registration fees, ranging from 3, 5, to 10 euros depending on the modality, are processed through the Andalusian Hunting Federation and remain open until one to two days before each event.
Each discipline will feature its own categories and awards, including medals for the top finishers, encouraging participation from athletes of various ages and skill levels.
