The Provincial Federation of Associations of People with Physical and Organic Disabilities of Córdoba (Fepamic) held its ordinary general assembly. During the meeting, its 30 member associations approved the group's consolidated annual accounts for the 2025 fiscal year and the main strategic lines for the future.
Despite a demanding year, Fepamic has successfully maintained economic sustainability and the quality of its services. The entity closed the fiscal year with a turnover exceeding 14 million euros, an 18% increase from the 12 million euros recorded the previous year. These results underscore the stability and solidity of its organizational model.
The entity is structured around three areas: the Federation itself, which represents and coordinates the 30 member associations in the province of Córdoba; the business group, comprising six commercial entities (five of which are Social Initiative Special Employment Centers - Ceeis) focused on creating job opportunities for people with disabilities and reinvesting profits for social purposes; and the Fundación Fepamic, which promotes social projects to enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities, particularly children.
The business group currently employs 784 workers, with 79% being individuals with disabilities. Its activities include managing five support centers with 280 places, street cleaning services in eight Cordoban municipalities, a clinic specializing in neurorehabilitation and child development, and collective catering services.
The general assembly also ratified the incorporation of the association Saca la Lengua a la ELA and the adhesion of Pasito a pasito de Puente Genil, thereby strengthening the federation's growth and representativeness.

Marta Castillo, president of Cermi Andalucía, highlighted the value of associationism and Fepamic's role as a leading entity in the Andalusian associative movement due to its representation capacity and the strength of its social and business structure.

Sara Rodríguez, president of Fepamic, emphasized the efforts made to enhance support for member associations, despite the sector's challenges.
