Red tuna takes center stage this May at Casa Lonja. The restaurant, situated at C/ Zaragoza, 48 in Sevilla, has announced its third ronqueo event of the season on Thursday, May 28th at 8:00 PM. This gastronomic experience, which has become one of the most anticipated moments of the year for the establishment, will allow attendees to witness the traditional butchering of the red tuna up close.
Restaurant management emphasizes that "each event is a unique opportunity to discover the traditional tuna breakdown up close and enjoy various preparations created especially for the occasion." In addition to the ronqueo experience, throughout the tuna season, Casa Lonja offers a special menu dedicated to this highly valued product of Andalusian gastronomy.

The tasting menu, priced at 65 euros, includes a variety of dishes such as Maki with aliñás potatoes and spicy diced tuna, ventresca salad, toro sashimi with Amur beluga Quarentena caviar, black tail chicharrones, false niguiri of sea anemone and black loin, Casa Lonja style roe, morrillo and parpatana meatballs, and salted cheese cream with white loin cubes. This is complemented by a selection of beers and wines.
