The company Lances de Futuro announced this Saturday that the bullfighter from La Puebla de Cazalla will make his fifth appearance of the season in Seville, as part of the San Miguel Fair program. This decision comes after an open invitation that the company's management had extended since last February, reserving a spot in the autumn calendar.
The bullfighter's presence at San Miguel gains special significance following his recent and highly successful performance, which generated considerable anticipation. On that occasion, the bullfighter delivered a memorable performance with cape, banderillas, and muleta, receiving a standing ovation and being carried out on shoulders through the cuadrillas' gate, despite authorities preventing his exit through the Puerta del Príncipe.
The bullfighter had previously participated in Easter Sunday, where he also performed a high-level artistic faena that earned him two ears. This event was attended by a royal figure, who received the bullfighters at the conclusion of the spectacle at the Casa de la Real Maestranza.
In addition to his commitment at San Miguel, the bullfighter has another upcoming performance in April, on Lunes de Alumbrado, sharing the bill with other bullfighters to face bulls from the Matilla ranch. This same ranch has been chosen for the Corpus Christi bullfight on June 4, a personal initiative by the company's management, which will also feature other Sevillian bullfighters.
Thus, the bullfighter from La Puebla de Cazalla joins the lineup for September 27 alongside two other renowned bullfighters, with bulls from the Garcigrande ranch.
