The 'Open Culture Nights' program in Baza concluded on Saturday, August 29, having achieved notable public success. The initiative, which offered five free, diverse shows for all ages, was spread across the summer evenings. The first two events took place in the Plaza Mayor in July, while the last three were held at the Alameda football field during August.
The series of events began on Saturday, July 11, with the hypnotism and mentalism show Hipnonautas, by Jorge Astyaro. This was followed on Saturday, July 18, by the musical offering Conciertos con sabor local, featuring local Baza groups Maerilla, Rose & The Black Thorns, and Alarife.
In August, Sunday the 2nd saw the presentation of the children's play Blancanieves. Subsequently, on Friday the 7th, the Baza Municipal Music Band presented its summer concert. The closing event took place on Saturday, August 29, with the comedy play Apellidos andaluces.
