The municipal delegate for Social Rights, Cristina Durán, accompanied the ‘Naim’ Foundation in presenting its actions aimed at needy groups. The entity's president, Enrique Porras, explained at the El Fuerte civic center that the goal is to provide tools to people at risk of exclusion to facilitate their access to the job market.
Porras recalled that the collaboration with the Ronda City Council dates back to 2021 through the ‘Eracis’ program. The association focuses on improving labor skills through courses adapted to the population's needs. So far this year, ‘Naim’ has assisted approximately 240 individuals, leading to 80 being hired, with the participation of about 80 companies. An upcoming course on ‘Event Design and Decoration’ will start on October 26th.
Councilwoman Durán highlighted the work of the ‘Naim’ Foundation, thanking their involvement in the neighborhoods of La Dehesa and El Fuerte during the two editions of the ‘Eracis’ program. She emphasized the importance of training courses in transforming the lives of vulnerable individuals and facilitating their entry into the labor market.
The delegate stressed that collaboration with these entities enables many citizens to acquire the necessary tools to find employment. Finally, she encouraged all interested individuals to sign up for these courses to increase their opportunities.
