The provincial deputy for European Initiatives, Esther Álvarez Cappa, visited the participating students in the final two workshops. These sessions are designed for students from both high school and vocational training programs (intermediate and superior levels). The program has aimed to bring European opportunities closer to young entrepreneurs from a total of 13 educational centers across six municipalities in the province.
The main objective of this training initiative is to inform the province's educational network about the functioning of the European program Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs and the mobility opportunities it offers. During the sessions, technical staff guided students through the application process and assisted them with their registration on the European platform.
Furthermore, other European initiatives and tools for young people were presented, such as the professional mobility network Eures and the European Solidarity Corps. Deputy Esther Álvarez Cappa detailed the access requirements for these calls and mobility programs, encouraging young people to explore the opportunities Europe provides.
The technical team from the Europe Direct Almería Office delivered the workshop. Pablo Mazuecos, head of Clasijazz, participated and shared his experience as a collaborating company and host entity in the province of Almería for individuals arriving from other regions through this European mobility program.
With the two sessions held today at the EASD ‘Carlos Pérez Siquier’, an itinerary that began on March 5th concludes. The activity has taken place in six Almerian municipalities: Almería capital, Berja, La Mojonera, Vícar, Fiñana, and Purchena, reaching 13 educational centers in the province.
