The venue, known for its beachfront location, has adapted its traditional Malaga cuisine to ensure that all its dishes, from fried fish to seafood specialties, are suitable for celiac diners. According to the restaurant's management, the goal is to maintain the essence of Mediterranean cooking without compromising the crispy texture and flavor characteristic of local frying.
This commitment to inclusive culinary excellence has led the restaurant to enter the III Fritos con Arte Malaga Frying Competition. This event, which runs until June 15th, features 14 establishments from across the province of Malaga competing to offer the best version of this traditional dish.
The restaurant's menu is extensive and varied, including options such as anchovies, baby squid, marinated fish, hake, and various grilled specialties like espetos and fresh fish. In addition to seafood, the venue offers a selection of meats and traditional dishes such as porra antequerana or salads, all prepared under strict gluten-free protocols.
“"Our proposal combines respect for traditional frying with something that makes us unique: a 100% gluten-free kitchen, so that everyone can enjoy a crispy, light, and flavorful fry without giving anything up."
The restaurant is located at 182 Avenida del Mediterraneo, in Rincon de la Victoria. Opening hours are Tuesday to Sunday, serving lunch and dinner, with the establishment closed on Mondays.
