The international promotion strategy in Europe aims to foster commercial opportunities for the province. The events held in Krakow and Warsaw have helped consolidate the presence of the Costa del Sol in the Polish market.
A total of 17 companies and town councils from the province participated in these events, presenting their tourism offerings to over 80 Polish tour operators and travel agents. Activities included professional workshops, networking sessions, and gastronomic experiences such as olive oil, wine, and chocolate tastings, alongside Spanish music performances.

The Managing Director of Turismo Costa del Sol, Antonio Díaz, highlighted that the joint participation of companies and town councils facilitated a comprehensive and diverse view of Málaga's tourism offerings. The events also showcased segments such as culture, gastronomy, inland tourism, golf, luxury, and experiential tourism, complementing the commercial work and reinforcing the destination's image.
The high participation and positive reception from attending professionals in both cities helped consolidate relationships with tourism intermediaries and enhance awareness of the province's offerings within a market showing growing interest in destinations linked to cultural, gastronomic, and holiday experiences.
These initiatives are part of Turismo Costa del Sol's annual calendar of professional events, designed to boost international marketing and generate business for Málaga's tourism sector.
