Renowned comedian Tomás García returns to Málaga this Saturday, April 11, to premiere his new one-man show, Papi en apuros, a comedic proposal that explores the challenges and joys of modern parenthood.

The event will take place at the Auditorio del Conservatorio Gonzalo Martín Tenllado, with two performances scheduled for 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Tickets for this event, which promises laughter and reflections on family life, are available through his official website.
With over two decades of experience on stage, García, a native of Málaga, delves into his experiences as a father of two young children, transforming domestic chaos and emotional survival into humorous material. The show is described as intimate, honest, and mischievous, designed for parents, mothers, and anyone with contact with children to relate to.

"Parents will not regret finding a babysitter to come, because enjoying time with children is brutal, but it's also necessary to breathe without them, and what better way than by ironizing about everyday things that happen to us with the little ones."

Tomás García · Comedian
Papi en apuros will last approximately 75 minutes and, although aimed at an adult audience, is suitable for the whole family. Tomás García's characteristic style, close and visual, combines personal anecdotes with sharp observations on contemporary family life, using humor as a form of therapy and relief.
The premiere of this monologue is part of the ConecTomás project, an initiative that merges culture and social commitment. After having filled the Martín Tenllado on fifteen consecutive occasions, supporting various social causes in the province of Málaga, the comedian once again collaborates with the local business and associative fabric. Ten Málaga-based companies, including EnPie, PROAMB, and Clínicas Rincón Dental, support this project, which will also benefit associations such as AMADE, AVOI, and Espíritu Deportivo.

"I am very happy to be back in Málaga and linked to ten Málaga companies that carry me on their shoulders and accompany me in this project. I do everything for and by Málaga; I like to open and close my tours here."

In addition to this premiere, Tomás García has other projects underway, including a new season with Costa Cruceros, where he will bring his humor to the high seas, and the tour of La noche es comedia, sharing the stage with actors from the series La que se avecina, which will also stop in Málaga. He is also exploring new audiovisual formats on the internet, while continuing his “life project” of raising his two children, Lola and Diego, who inspire much of his new material.
