The president of the RFEF, Rafael Louzán, announced this Sunday that the encounter will not be held in Ceuta as planned. The decision stems from the National Police "advising against it" due to the "exceptional situation" the autonomous city is experiencing because of the migratory crisis.
Louzán, speaking in Málaga, indicated that the match will "probably" be played in Madrid. The police recommendation was based on a report sent last Friday to the Royal Spanish Football Federation, warning about the "existing migratory pressure."
