The decision, made during the session on Thursday, May 14, involves the disposal of a 3,420.68 square meter plot through an open procedure that will seek the highest economic offer. This plot, identified as R4 of the SUNC-R-LO.11 Térmica in the PGOU 2011, has urban planning classification for office and commercial use in an open development zone.
The land is divided into three sections: one part of 1,839.92 square meters, located above and below ground, for offices and parking; another of 1,260.68 square meters, below ground and irregularly shaped, exclusively for parking; and a third, also below ground and rectangular, of 320.08 square meters, also intended for parking.
The starting value of the land, established by the valuation section of the Urban Planning Management, amounts to 14,516,956.06 euros, excluding VAT. This base bidding price has been calculated by summing the product of the buildable floor area for each use by its land impact value. Additionally, the Council will approve the technical, economic, and legal-administrative specifications that will govern this tender.
In other matters, the Council has also approved the initiation of expropriation proceedings for two properties located at numbers 10 and 12 on Picacho Street, to carry out the pedestrian connectivity project on the slope of Mount Gibralfaro. These properties, totaling 218.28 square meters, have been valued at 48,974.87 euros and 140,209.92 euros, respectively, including a 5% compensation premium.
Finally, it has been agreed to extend for 25 years the surface right, granted free of charge in 2001, to the Asociación Banco de Alimentos de la Costa del Sol (Bancosol). This extension affects a municipal plot of 6,260.11 square meters on Escritora Gertrudis Gómez de Avellaneda Street, 1, where the headquarters of this social entity are located.
