This initiative, for which the application period has not yet been announced, will provide financial support to young people in Málaga for B1, B2, C1, and C2 levels in English, French, and German. A total of 312 grants are expected to be distributed, valid for those who have obtained linguistic proficiency from September 1, 2026 onwards.
Eligibility requirements for these subsidies include being between 16 and 35 years old, being registered in Málaga, and having obtained an official language certificate from September 1, 2025. Additionally, applicants must hold a bank account.
Applications can be submitted electronically through the Málaga City Council's electronic headquarters, using a valid Electronic Certificate or Cl@ve. Applicants must attach a copy of their valid DNI or NIE, the linguistic certification, and a bank account ownership certificate.
For those who prefer in-person submission, documentation can be delivered to the General Registry of the City Council or the Municipal Citizen Service Offices (OMAC), by appointment. The application form must be downloaded, completed, and submitted along with the required printed documentation.
Within the same scope of the Youth Department, the application period for Málaga Conduce aid remains open. This program is aimed at young people from Málaga up to 35 years old who have obtained their driving license since September 1, 2025. This aid amounts to 110 euros per person and will benefit a total of 682 young people, with an application deadline of April 30.
