The competition, which brought together young talents from Andalusian football, was held throughout the weekend at the sports facilities in La Línea. The Algeciras Football School participated as a guest in both categories of the tournament.

The championship was organized by the Royal Andalusian Football Federation (RFAF), with the collaboration of the La Línea City Council and the sponsorship of the Cádiz Provincial Council. The matches were played on the Antonio Reyes field at the Sports City.
