The application period for these 377 affordable rental homes, located on plots R11 and R12 of the Universidad sector in Málaga, will be open from the early hours of Monday, July 13, until Friday, July 31. The homes feature 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms, and include amenities such as a swimming pool, garage, and storage room. Monthly rents range from 446 euros to 624 euros, plus community fees.
These developments are part of the Universidad sector's expansion, which plans for a total of 1,006 affordable rental homes. The City Council is already promoting 476 homes across five developments within this area.
The development on plot R11 consists of 175 homes (136 with 2 bedrooms and 39 with 3 bedrooms), with rents between 495 and 624 euros. The development on plot R12 offers 202 homes (186 with 2 bedrooms and 16 with 1 bedroom), with rents between 446.28 and 511.55 euros. In both cases, the homes include a parking space and a storage room.
