The property, named Node I, marks a significant milestone in the company's growth strategy in the country, according to management sources. This 12,000-square-meter space is tailored for high-tech sectors such as semiconductors, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity, with capacity to accommodate approximately 800 professionals.
“"This project reinforces Málaga's role as one of Europe's emerging advanced technology hubs."
The infrastructure boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including clean rooms, workshops, pilot plants, and laboratories certified under ISO-5 to ISO-8 standards. Additionally, it features 10,000 square meters of green areas and over 600 parking spaces, providing a comprehensive environment for advanced technology companies looking to establish themselves in Málaga TechPark.
The choice of the PTA is strategic, as this Málaga technopolis hosts 719 companies and institutions, employs over 29,000 people, and generates an annual turnover close to 4.9 billion euros. Kadans' arrival further enhances the region's growing technological ecosystem, which anticipates the future establishment of the largest microelectronics research center by the Belgian institute IMEC.
The company, which manages 70 buildings across more than 30 clusters in six European countries, aims to integrate its tenants into a global network. Coinciding with the opening, the Kadans Tech Summit of Málaga was held, a forum designed to foster international collaboration in innovation and solidify the city's position as a leading technology hub.
