The State Contracting Platform published this Tuesday the formalization of the award to the UTE Salas Fonshabit for lot one. This usufructuary concession will allow construction on municipally owned land, aiming to provide housing solutions.
According to the City Council, the concessionaire will apply a percentage reduction of 2.1 percent on the maximum rental price in force at the time of the tender. This price was set at 10.0616 euros per square meter per month.
Lot one of this tender includes four plots totaling 13,377.33 square meters of surface area, with a total buildable area of 19,349.44 square meters. This will allow for the construction of up to 298 homes or 334 accommodations.
The plots are located in various areas of Málaga. One is on Massenet Street, 17, with 6,576 square meters of surface area and the same buildable area (ground floor plus 3 floors) for a maximum of 101 homes or 114 accommodations.
Other plots are located on Santa Matilde Street, 6 (1,198 m2 of surface area, 3,959.36 m2 of buildable area for 61 homes or 68 accommodations); on Camino de la Gamera, 3 (2,915 m2 of surface area, 5,830 m2 of buildable area for 90 homes or 101 accommodations); and on Tanzania Street, 11, in the Churriana neighborhood (2,688.33 m2 of surface area, 2,984.05 m2 of buildable area for 46 homes or 51 accommodations).
