After a day marked by heat, with highs nearing 40 degrees inland and exceeding 35 in the capital, a significant thermal relief is expected. In Malaga city, temperatures will drop from the nearly 36 degrees forecast for today to around 33 this Thursday.
Inland areas of the province, such as Álora, which recorded the highest temperatures, will see thermometers fall to 31 degrees. The trend indicates that mercury levels will continue to drop in the coming days.

Instability will mark the weather this Thursday, August 20th, with chances of showers and storms, especially inland. According to predictive maps, rain probabilities would rise to 100% in areas like Antequera or Ronda, and up to 75% in the capital and 90% in Vélez-Málaga, concentrating mid-day.
No significant rainfall is expected, with estimates not exceeding 0.1 liters per square meter per hour. For Friday the 21st, the second to last day of the Fair, temperatures will rise slightly again in the capital, not exceeding 35 degrees, and the chances of rain will disappear, ushering in a period of stability.
Over the weekend, the Malaga Fair will conclude with values more typical for the season. Saturday is expected to have highs of 30 degrees and lows of 22, with moderate heat and no forecast of rain. On Sunday, the situation will remain similar in the capital, although in the western half of the province, the chances of rain might increase below 40%.
